git diff HEAD~1..HEAD -- pyproject.toml uv.lock
Changed the landing branch’s Tractor selector from wkt/addr_unpacking to piker_pin and resolved the published branch to b64c89f05a9fc8ac2878551eb5eda36574ebef6a. An offline branch lookup lacked the cached name, so the human explicitly authorized network resolution and a scoped installed-runtime update preserving unrelated packages.
The resolver advanced Polars and polars-runtime-32 from 1.36.0 to 2.0.0. An attempt to retain both exact 1.36.0 versions was rejected for the resolver’s Windows target. The valid lock with the visible Polars bump is retained for review; no platform restriction or source constraint was introduced to bypass the failure.
Installed only Tractor and its required dependencies with uv pip rather than syncing/pruning the whole environment. The installer reported one package replacement: Tractor a966928d to b64c89f0. Qt distribution versions remained PyQt6 6.10.1, PyQt6-Qt6 6.10.1 and PyQt6-sip 13.10.3.
Removed PYTHONPATH from verification subprocesses. Piker resolved inside land_flake_update and Tractor resolved from that checkout’s py313 site-packages. Installed VCS metadata matched the exact locked revision. The temporary LD_LIBRARY_PATH used the binding’s bundled Qt libraries and matching native dependencies; no global environment setup changed.
Verification output: - Logger/non-actor startup: 12 passed, 1 deselected in 0.05s. - test_runtime_boot: 1 passed, 1 warning in 0.04s. - test_daemon_bind_distinct_from_registrar: 1 passed in 0.77s. - Existing warning: actor.uid deprecation; no failure. - git diff –check passed.
This verifies the installed Tractor pin, not a full sync to all new lock versions. Polars was not upgraded in the environment by the scoped install. No live broker feed, order, branch rewrite, staging or commit was run.
