Keep the rejected rollback journal only in ignored local experiment reports. Preserve Polars 1.36.0 by retaining its exact existing lock blocks; setproctitle re-resolves from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8. uv sync --locked accepts the resulting graph. Actual imports confirm the reviewed Tractor pin and Trio 0.32.0, not the hypothesized Trio 0.33.

The existing MethodProxy stack is retained. Read-only merge previews show original 4af885d9 and b691422b can be applied without the datad cutover. Original-source regressions run through temporary in-memory overlays against the real pinned runtime: seven cases pass and one cache-hit case fails because log.at_least_level('info') looks up INFO in a custom-level mapping. A separate standard logging correction produces eight passing cases. Its patch and execution handoff are saved under ignored .ai/code-review/reports/pr94_modern_stack/; no consumer cherry-picks or source edits are performed by this boundary.
