git diff HEAD – piker/brokers/ib/api.py tests/test_ib_wrapper_timeout.py

NonShittyWrapper._setTimer accepts upstream datetime state and piker’s integer packet-nanosecond state. Expiry clears its handle and timeout before notifying listeners, without replacing packet timestamps. Tests cover traffic rescheduling, exactly-once expiry, pretraffic and sentinel handling, disabling, and callback rearming.

Verification: 19 passed, including existing IB history/proxy tests. Wall-clock packet silence remains distinct from session health.
