Select Tractor b64c89f0, including final-result disconnect containment, through an immutable Git source instead of an absolute editable path. Require Python 3.13 and permit msgspec >=0.20 for the evaluated stack. Regenerate the lock offline and retain its existing evaluation delta: msgspec 0.21.1, Polars/runtime 2.0.0, Git-pinned multiaddr, setproctitle and removal of Python 3.12 wheel variants. The local `piker_pin` ref was fast-forwarded separately; publication is not implied by this lock.
