The cross-process shared-memory test passes, including replay
after an in-place history repair. The JEV feed also preserves
the shared quote policy and catches up cleanly when new bars
arrive during a history copy.

The combined offline suite passes: 252 tests, including the
independent algorithm oracle, JEV mock transport, Qt overlays,
existing FSP checks, and the cross-process SHM test.

recording provenance; the work remains uncommitted.
