Record TC draft split and resume context in Taken

Add an identified follow-up to unpack draft e815fd77 after upstream
branch history is settled, preserve its complete changeset, and
prepare reviewed behavioral commits with their checks.

Record the verified Codex dialog and TC checkout in AI_DLOG and
AI_WKT so this work can be resumed. Preserve every existing task
and checkbox state.
