Handle `[Errno ...]` str-errors in `.ib.broker`

Extend the str-type error code parser to also match
`[Errno <N>]` prefixed msgs (not just `[code <N>]`)
by iterating a list of prefix patterns and
`int()`-casting the extracted code on first match.
