Gud Boi bf2bb1c9a6 Mv task UID formatting into `devx.pformat` 
Add `pformat_task()` beside `pformat_task_uid()` so diagnostics can
inspect an explicit endpoint, sibling or nursery-owning `trio.Task`.
Keep the current-task default and decimal head/tail identity format.

Preserve the `tractor.log` entry point with lazy forwarding, avoiding
eager debugger initialization during logging imports. Move the
existing formatting TODOs with the implementation.

Exercise real parent/child tasks without an actor, including coroutine
identity, nursery ownership and equivalent log/tooling UID output.

AI Prompt I/O Log

This directory tracks prompt inputs and model outputs for AI-assisted development across harnesses.

Policy

Prompt logging follows the NLNet generative AI policy. All substantive AI contributions are logged with:

  • Original harness, and provider/model when known
  • Timestamps
  • The prompts that produced the output
  • Unedited model output (.raw.md files)

Usage

Entries are created by the /prompt-io skill or automatically via /commit-msg integration.

Human contributors remain accountable for all code decisions. AI-generated content is never presented as human-authored work.
