Separate serializable bindspace declarations from live namespace identity, FDs, ownership and teardown resources. Require child namespace entry during spawn bootstrap, before actor runtime initialization, then distinguish listen/dial provisioning and owned/borrowed cleanup without encoding operation role into maddrs.
