Mask ctlc borked REPL tests
Namely the `tractor.pause_from_sync()` examples using both bg threads and `asyncio` which seem to go into bad states where SIGINT is ignored.. Deats, - add `maybe_expect_timeout()` cm to ensure the EOF hangs get `.xfail()`ed instead. - @pytest.mark.ctlcs_bish` `test_pause_from_sync` and don't expect the greenback prompt msg. - also mark `test_sync_pause_from_aio_task`.multihost_exs
